In a time of increasing uncertainty for Jews in the Diaspora, our mission is to eliminate financial barriers for Jewish professionals who want to make Aliyah (immigrate to Israel). By providing startup funding and hands-on career development opportunities, we empower olim (new immigrants) to successfully integrate into Israel's thriving workforce and build fulfilling lives in the Jewish homeland.

By providing comprehensive support—including startup funding and industry-focused incubators—we empower olim to seamlessly integrate into Israel's workforce and build fulfilling lives in the Jewish homeland.
For many Jews, the greatest barriers to making Aliyah are financial in nature. Navigating the complexities of finding employment, adjusting to the higher costs of living in Israel, and understanding the country's property and tax systems pose significant challenges for prospective olim.
To address these hurdles, the Fund offers $5,000 grants to help ease the financial burden, giving our recipients the necessary support to make a smooth transition into fulfilling careers that align with their expertise.
Once approved, recipients are enrolled into an industry-focused incubator program designed for their grant cohort. During the 40-60 hour program, grantees are assigned a project to help olim entrepreneurs or local businesses and organizations in need of their skills. This hands-on experience, mentorship, and portfolio-building opportunity prepares grantees to launch their careers in Israel.

Calling All Jewish Creatives: Get Funding to Make Your Aliyah Dream a Reality
In partnership with BARA Worldwide™, a creative agency in Jerusalem committed to uplifting the global Jewish community, The Israel Fund is excited to announce our first grant pool helping Jewish creatives make Aliyah.
Through this initiative, we are offering $5,000 grants to creative professionals – whether you're a designer, developer, videographer, or have another creative skill to offer. In exchange for this financial assistance, grantees will commit to giving back one project to support a new oleh-run business in need of marketing.
This is your chance to build your professional portfolio in Israel, while making a meaningful impact on fellow members of the Jewish community.
As a grantee, you'll also gain lifetime membership to the Jewish Creative Network and have priority access to jobs and hiring opportunities at BARA.
